Chief Radiographer

Dean has been a radiographer since 2012 and has experience working with a wide range of patients in the areas of general X-ray, CT, Fluoroscopy, Theatre, Emergency and Bone Density with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,resulting in high quality outcomes for the patient and optimal care

Dean has a strong focus on training and has provided guidance to dozens of students in basic and advanced medical imaging methods with an additional emphasis on techniques for communicating with patients as well as adapted imaging techniques for special circumstances.

Medical Receptionist

I am a mother to 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren which keeps me very busy. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going to the beach, camping and exercise.

I have worked in the healthcare industry for the past 15 years, starting as a medical receptionist and working my way up to practice supervisor for a very busy local general practice.

With an interest in the clinical aspect of general practice, I completed my cert 1V in medical practice assisting (MA) course in 2019, which enabled me to help in a clinical role alongside the nurses and doctors. With both administrative and clinical knowledge, I was able to better understand and support the needs of our patients.

I have recently changed my position with the interest of staying in the healthcare industry from general practice to radiology here at Voxel. I am looking forward to learning all there is to know radiology whilst bringing my healthcare experience to benefit and help our staff and patients.

Hi I’m Susan, Voxel Radiology's newly appointed Administration Coordinator and Receptionist. I have over 35 years of expertise in sales and customer service. I am committed to delivering exceptional administrative support and pride myself in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.

My extensive background in sales has provided me with a wealth of skills in how to provide exceptional customer service, time management, and effective communication. I’m eager to leverage these strengths in an administrative capacity for our practice and dedicated to ensuring smooth operations whilst providing outstanding service to our clients.

Tracey is an experienced radiographer with over 10 years of expertise in diagnostic imaging, including X-ray, CT, and mammography. She is highly skilled in operating advanced imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality results. Tracey is known for her compassionate approach to patient care, consistently providing a comforting and professional experience for all patients. Her dedication to continuous learning and adherence to safety protocols make her an invaluable asset in any medical team.

Medical Receptionist

With over 20 years of experience as a medical receptionist, I have honed my skills in customer service, orgniszation, and attention to detail Alongside my professional career, I have always had a passion for agriculture, earning a diploma degree in applied science in this field This love for nature extends to my hobbies of gradening and caring for animals, where i find solace and joy

In my personal life, I enjoy savoring a good cup of coffee and going on lunch dates with my husband, cherishing these moments of connection and relaxation. I also have a curious nature and love engaging with strangers, often finding exciting and facinating information from people i dont’t know . the curiosity drives me to constantly learn and grow , both personally and professionally

Overall, my diverse interests and experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded individual with a strong work ethic, a lover for nature and passion for connecting with others.
